DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE

Yes.  We ship to you anywhere in the world.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SHIPPING

We offer FREE Express Shipping within Australia, and $30 flat rate shipping on all International orders. Please note International orders must be over $50.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ALLELINE ACCEPT

We accept Credit Card Payments and PayPal.  If you would like to arrange payment via another method, contact us directly at customercare@alleline.com to arrange this.

WHY IS THE CHECKOUT CURRENCY IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS
All orders are processed in AUD.

While the content of your cart is displayed in your countries currency, you will checkout using AUD at the most current exchange rate.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

Expect delivery within 2-5 working days depending upon your location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.  You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number.  Please remember that a signature is required on delivery.

If you do not receive a tracking number, email us at customercare@alleline.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY
We happily accept exchanges and returns on all orders.

Exchanged items are sent to you free of shipping and handling charges.
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM
Returning an item is easy.  Email us at returns@alleline.com and we will provide you with a returns number and address you need to make the return.
Returns/Exchanges must be prepaid and returned using a registered postal service with a tracking number, so we can track the return of your item/s.

We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than a trackable postal service.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES WITH A FAULT OR ARRIVES DAMAGED

Contact us at returns@alleline.com.  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If something’s not right, please let us know so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.          

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

Some countries charge import duties or taxes.  Our Shipping fees do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of your delivery address.  If you are unsure if your country charges additional duties or taxes, contact your local customs office.
