Returns & Exchanges

CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM 
We happily accept exchanges and returns on all orders.

Return items within 30 days of the purchase date together with the original tags attached.  Items must be in original condition and have not been washed, worn, or altered.

ARE RETURNS FREE
Exchanged items are sent to you free of shipping and handling charges. 
Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to return items for an exchange or refund and cover all postage costs incurred for returning the original item/s back to us.

CAN I RETURN JUST THE TOP OR BOTTOM
If you have purchased more than one item and are requesting a refund or exchange, you only need to return the item/s you would like to exchange.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Email us at returns@alleline.com and we'll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and all the details you need to make the return or exchange.

Send returns by recorded post with a registered postal service, and ensure that you keep the shipping documentation, so we can track their return.  We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to items while in the process of being returned to us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN / EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED
We will process your return /exchange within 24 hours of receiving your request.
If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item/s within 1-2 business days of receiving the original piece/s and send a new tracking number.

If you are returning a set, we will refund you within 5 business days of recieiving the returned set.  Refunds will be made through the same method used to make the original payment (paypal or creditcard), and an email will be sent once completed.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO

Send returns to our Global Returns Office in Australia.  We will send the exact return address, once the return request has been received and processed.
